Ben Garrett is a veteran sports journalist and content creator with nearly two decades of experience covering college athletics. Since joining On3’s Ole Miss Spirit in 2008, Ben has established himself as a trusted voice in recruiting and breaking news, serving as the site’s lead recruiting analyst and co-lead reporter. His career includes stops with FOX Sports, USA Today, the Clarion-Ledger, the Daily Journal, and VSporto. Ben is also the host of Talk of Champions, a daily podcast covering Ole Miss athletics, now part of the MudCat Media network. In addition, he co-hosts Game Runs Deep, a college sports podcast under MudCat, where he delivers in-depth analysis and perspective on SEC and national storylines.
Brad Logan

Brad Logan is a veteran sports broadcaster and writer with more than 25 years of experience covering high school and college athletics across Mississippi and the SEC. A Calhoun County native, Logan began his career in radio as a play-by-play and color analyst at just 21 years old and has since built a longstanding presence behind the microphone and in sports media. His career includes coverage for outlets such as Gridiron Now, Saturday Down South, the Clarion Ledger, and affiliations with 247Sports and On3. He has also made regular appearances on national and regional radio platforms, including SiriusXM College Sports and the SEC Radio Network. Logan currently co-hosts Talk of Champions alongside Ben Garrett. He is also the founder of Logan Media Network and continues to contribute to various outlets while remaining active in high school and college football coverage.
Sudu Upadhyay

Sudu Upadhyay is an Emmy Award-winning sports anchor, producer, and digital media strategist with over a decade of experience across television and digital platforms. A graduate of the University of Mississippi, he began his career covering Ole Miss athletics for Scout.com (now 247Sports). His career stops include WMC-TV and Fox 5 Atlanta, as well as national on-air roles with WWE across Peacock and USA Network, and national broadcasts for CBS Sports. After departing Fox 5 in 2025, Upadhyay transitioned into building and growing digital-first media brands. He is the Executive Producer, Host, and Head of Content for MudCat Media, where he founded Game Runs Deep and leads content strategy, production, distribution, and social growth across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and X. In addition to his work with MudCat, Upadhyay continues to host shows for CBS Sports, serves as a social media producer and consultant, and helps operate The Nest ATL, contributing to content and overall platform strategy.
